📋 Description
• Lead strategic offers for global new plant project opportunities through integration of technical information, pricing, commercial information, value proposition and customer requirements through all phases of Westinghouse new plant project commercial offers. • Manage diverse teams and work streams to organize and integrate complex information for customers. • Prepare offer development reports including cost and schedule information to provide to Energy Systems management. • Develop process assets including processes, procedures and guides and identify best practices to improve performance on offer development activities.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related discipline • Experience in team / process leadership, project management and/or commercial offer development with increasing levels of responsibility and performance levels. • Project management experience including developing budgets and managing schedules is required; AP1000 experience • Ability to travel up to 25% will be required including domestic and international. • Expertise at developing customer relationships and managing teams. • Demonstrated international and domestic project experience.
