• SunSource and its family of companies represent 200+ locations and 3,000+ employees in industrial distribution • The Industrial Service & Repair (IS&R) Market Manager drives sales growth in the defined geography • Partner with existing Account Managers for on-site support and opportunity identification • Develop, implement, and manage ongoing sales and growth strategies for industrial service & repair opportunities • Create a comprehensive growth plan including key targeted customers and competitive understanding • Provide leadership in local districts regarding marketing of Industrial S&R opportunities • Help create and lead effective S&R marketing programs to support industrial product lines • Act as central coordination point for potential service & repair customers • Collaborate with local SunSource district teams on sales calls • Engage in regular business reviews and updates
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Business or any technical/mechanical industrial technology programs • 10+ years of increasingly responsible sales experience in Industrial S&R • Experience with service and repair capabilities • Multi-location experiences a plus • Well-organized and able to coordinate with functional support groups to achieve desired results • Experience in highly matrix environment • Ability to think creatively to solve problems • Strong written and oral communication skills; including experience in preparing marketing collateral and presenting at the upper management level
