• Support Intellectual Property Legal team• Oversee and manage Emergent's IP portfolio• Develop strategies to maximize value of IP assets• Manage lifecycle of all company trademarks• Oversee domestic and foreign patent filing processes• Collaborate with marketing and product teams• Provide training on IP policies• Support IP disputes and enforcement actions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in trademark and patent prosecution• Experience managing IP portfolios• Expertise in domestic and foreign IP laws and regulations• Maintain high standards with excellent organizational skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team• High level of computer proficiency
