📋 Description
• BeyondTrust is seeking a Customer Trust Manager to strengthen our Customer Trust program and support revenue-generating activities. • Act as a primary point of contact for security-related customer inquiries, including questionnaires, assessments, and audits. • Effectively communicate implemented security controls, compliance posture, and risk management approach to customers. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, Legal, and Product teams to support customer engagements. • Monitor compliance with customer and partner contractual obligations. • Own and refine security review processes, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or Compliance.
