📋 Description
• Leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market presence. • Responsible for focused engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in the area. • Conduct thorough research to gather market intelligence. • Develop and execute on national market development business plans. • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s and other key stakeholders. • Develop and deliver education and training sessions for KOL’s and fellows. • Mentor and train the U.S. field-sales team. • Support Corporate Accounts contract discussions with hospital and IDN leadership. • Ensure marketing and promotional activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 7+ years of related work experience. • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned geography.
