📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented Contracts Manager to take on a vital role in overseeing complex contracts with U.S. Government agencies, prime contractors, foreign governments, and commercial clients. • This position will focus on our international commercial portfolio within the Ejection and Propulsion Systems business. • In this high-impact role, you will lead negotiations, manage contract deliverables, and serve as the key interface for both internal and external stakeholders. • Your expertise will be essential in handling government, international, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and nurturing positive business relationships. • This role requires strong leadership, as you’ll be trusted to operate autonomously, take initiative, and motivate cross-functional teams while delivering quality results to our diverse customer base. • If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about contract management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive success at the forefront of global business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Contract experience • Customer relationship skills • Excellent communication skills, combined with a flexible and positive attitude • Negotiation experience • Experience with International Trade Compliance, ITAR/EAR regulations, export licensing • Experience working with international customers • Experience in FAR Part 12 and 15 contracting, including FAR/DFAR flow downs • Contracts Lead or direct engagement with external customers
