📋 Description

• Develop and socialize Authorizations Management guidance and work instructions • Support and pursue opportunities to enhance Collins Aerospace authorization management tools used to review and approve transfers of commodities, software, technology/technical data, and services • Partner with Ethics and Compliance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Global Trade professionals across the organization to promote process improvements and provide ongoing oversight to ensure compliance to ITAR Part 129 and Part 130 requirements • Identify and benchmark cross business best practices for training, to include developing training material and leading training sessions • Support investigations with authorizations related matters, including assistance with authorization reviews, root cause analysis, and identification and implementation of corrective actions • Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined • 3+ years experience in the preparation and management of ITAR and EAR US export authorizations (including exemptions and exceptions) • 3+ years experience with ITAR Part 129 “Registration and Licensing of Brokers” and Part 130 “Political Contributions, Fees and Commissions” requirements • 5+ years experience with export controls (ITAR/EAR)
