Description
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline that delivers new logo revenue • Translate technology solutions into a positive ROI to prospects and customers • Promote technology sales to existing client base • Build relationships with key influencers, strategic partners and industry analysts • Support the leadership team to integrate AI / Machine Learning product capability • Work with Communication and Marketing Teams to support Business Development Team
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • College Diploma or University Degree (Business or Technical preferred) • 5 years sales experience in a BPO or Technology industry • Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO Companies • Bilingual (English & Spanish) would be an asset • Valid Passport and Driver’s License as travel may be required
