📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Reports to: Lead Engineer • Your Mission: As an AI-Assisted Developer, your mission is to leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery while fostering a culture of AI-driven engineering within the team. • AI-Driven Development: Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, optimize code, and automate workflows. • Automation & Optimization: Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-powered automation to improve workflows. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with designers, PMs, and engineers to rapidly bring ideas to life while demonstrating AI’s value in development. • Scalable Deployment: Use cloud platforms like Supabase and Netlify (bonus) to deploy and scale applications seamlessly. • Inspire & Educate: Lead by example in adopting AI-assisted coding and inspire other developers to embrace AI tools for efficiency. • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of AI-driven development trends and share insights, tools, and best practices with the team to embed AI-assisted coding into our culture.

• Passionate About AI-Powered Development: You are excited about the future of AI-driven software engineering and eager to integrate AI tools into your workflow. • Technically Skilled: You have proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, and experience with modern development workflows. • AI-Tool Experience: You have experience of working with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Bolt.new • Problem-Solver: You can debug, refactor, and improve AI-generated code efficiently. • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: You are comfortable working in a startup setting, where adaptability, speed, and innovation are key. • Cloud-Savvy: Experience with Supabase, Netlify, or other cloud-based platforms is a big plus.
