• 3-5 years full stack with focus on backend development • Skilled communicator comfortable articulating complex ideas • Proven expertise in Python development • Care about code quality and eager to improve • Proven team player ready to help others • Bonus Points: Familiarity with Google Cloud and Kubernetes • Professional experience with Django • Experience with e-commerce products, high traffic SaaS products
