Description

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role • Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams and delivering complex AI/ML-driven products • Expertise in AI/ML development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data engineering • Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • A talent for mentoring and empowering teams to achieve ambitious goals • A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and innovative work environment
