Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • At least 5 years proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter or in a similar role. • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g LinkedIn) for sourcing and tracking candidates effectively. • Project management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver on hiring timelines. • Experience in HR consultancy, with a strong background in providing recruitment solutions, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning tailored to diverse client needs across various industries. • Proven experience in outsourced recruitment processes and an understanding of the unique dynamics of managing external partnerships, including vendor management. • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements in the hiring process. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced level of English
