• Responsible for reviewing, developing, and scaling enablement programs to support Risk Sales, Account Management, BDR, and Pre-Sales Technical Teams • Ensure that the team has the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively sell Origami’s solutions • Report to sales leadership but work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Learning and Development and various SMEs • Define the enablement roadmap and execute it at scale
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • 5+ years in sales or sales effectiveness roles • Strong preference for experience in fast-growing SaaS environments • Deep understanding of sales plays, processes, and methodologies • Strong project management skills with the ability to hit milestones and drive results • Experience with change management and a passion for helping others succeed in sales • Engaging and capable of delivering inspirational and motivational training sessions and hosting events • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and effectively engage with Senior Leadership • Experience leading a team preferred
