📋 Description

• The Senior Telesales Agent conducts selling activities related to inbound calls inquiring about individual health plan products. • Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Qualifies prospects and attempts to close sales and successfully handle consumer calls that may require the use of an interpreter or TTY service. • Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. • Begins to influence department’s strategy. • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Has current Active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain license • Bilingual in English and Mandarin with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance • Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills • Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy • Simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience • Easily adapt to learning new software/programs and follows call flow processes and procedures • Must be available and willing to work any shift between 7:00am — 2:00am including weekends and overtime during peak season from approximately September - December • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and able to navigate stressful situations
