📋 Description

• Responsible for identifying customer and market needs, developing a 12-month strategic plan/roadmap that aligns to business goals. • Manage product development deliverables, such as requirements documentation, analytics, design reviews, implementation, and delivery. • Close collaboration with Engineering counterparts to solve complex business and client problems. • Acts as the subject matter expert for the Rating product and market. • Partners with stakeholders to align transparent strategic long-term roadmaps and ensure product outcomes delivery. • Responsible for team management and performance evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, including owning a product roadmap and driving Agile processes. • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering. • Prior experience in P&C insurance industry, specifically in rating engines • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high attention to detail • Business acumen to identify opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and use data and storytelling to influence. • Ability to balance short term needs with long-term strategy. • Strong relationship building skills, including an ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members. • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization. • Experience overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle. • Experience working in agile methodologies and working on an agile team.
