🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • A minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience. • Demonstrated experience in managing travel arrangements, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. • Prior exposure to handling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work setting. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, documentation, and processes. • Tech-savviness and resourcefulness, with proficiency in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and expense reporting systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with both internal teams and external partners. • Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset to anticipate challenges and implement solutions. • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
