Description

• The Marketing Events Coordinator assists in planning, organizing and executing a wide range of virtual and in-person customer-facing Marketing events in line with the Marketing strategy • Managing event logistics, on-site event coordination, collaboration with stakeholders • Elevate our brand and engage our audience • Partner with other departments for event coordination including but not limited to Sales, Business Development, and Product Management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in event coordination, B2B experience a plus • Understanding of event marketing coordination, operations, and executing best-in-class events • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and Microsoft Office Suite • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events • Highly organized and results-oriented with a strong dedication to accuracy and follow-through • Curious and creative thinker with a solutions-oriented, problem-solver mentality • Strong experience in networking and collaboration • High personal integrity • Self-starter with drive to “make things happen” and see them through to completion • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
