🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in a SaaS company β€’ 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with consistently performing above quota β€’ Strong collaboration and influencing skills with superior communication and presentation abilities β€’ Positive attitude with a growth mindset β€’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs β€’ Excitement for recruiting and a thoughtful approach to team planning and development β€’ Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
