Description

• Orum is making sales human again through conversations. • An AI-driven, live conversation platform that accelerates sales teams. • Our Mission is to empower salespeople to achieve more. • The product design team’s mission is to create simple, intuitive, enjoyable user experiences. • As a Senior Product Designer, you will develop user-centered digital products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with b2b or enterprise software product design • Experience working with web applications • Experience in a high-growth startup • Creating and maintaining a design system • Previous exposure to a startup environment • Experience owning features through the entire design process, from user research to visual design • Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and AdobeXD • Collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineering • Experience with user testing and customer interviews • Familiarity with building and maintaining component libraries
