Description
• Design sits at the center of the Two Chairs experience. • As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help redefine how people experience mental healthcare. • You’ll partner across all disciplines, developing deep clinical partnerships. • Shape our vision of the Two Chairs Experience and drive the roadmap. • Build your way towards effective mental healthcare experiences. • Guide our conversion point-of-view and reimagine our Client Experience. • Play a foundational role in designing and implementing the Two Chairs Design System.
Requirements
• A demonstrated history of launching thoughtful, research-driven digital products. • Mastery of UI best practices and the knowledge of when to leverage them. • A deeply user-centered process, with experience processing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. • Excellent visual design craft, with stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and a knack for bringing delight into everyday interactions. • Exceptional communication skills. • Great perseverance and a superhuman low-ego. • Passion for our clients' experiences within the mental healthcare ecosystem. • Mastery of modern responsive web conventions and the ability to execute against them within Figma workflows. • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine platforms, healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
