Description

• Propel McAfee’s mission as Lead Product Designer • Create user-centered and accessible design experiences • Collaborate with teams to enhance product usability • Guide the UX design process from ideation to execution • Advocate for user-centered design principles • Design intuitive interactions and wireframes • Maintain design guidelines and improve user experience • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor experiences

Requirements

• 10+ years in cross-platform consumer product design with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma • Strong visual skills demonstrated in the portfolio • Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing • Knowledge of platform-specific design guidelines • Experience in Agile environments and managing multiple projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Passion for the latest design trends and technologies • Knowledge of accessibility standards • Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
