Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of product design experience, with experience on design systems and team mentorship. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools, along with knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards. • Design Expertise: Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio showcasing past design system work. • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams. • Mentorship: Experience guiding design teams and providing constructive feedback to improve design quality. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with a keen eye for detail but also comfortable with high level strategic thinking.
