•We’re seeking a talented Semi-Senior Designer who understands that great design is more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating seamless, engaging experiences that meet client needs. •You’ll be designing for Mercer, the world’s largest human resources consulting firm. •Your work will contribute to impactful HR and benefits solutions, helping Mercer drive business success for their clients. •This role emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail. •Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll work within a team that values strategic thinking, prototyping, and iterative design. •This is a hands-on position for someone eager to refine their skills, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

•Design System Knowledge: Proficiency in working within and contributing to established design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects. •Digital Design: Experience in creating visually compelling and functional digital interfaces. •User-Centered Design: Ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions. •Brand Alignment: Skill in designing to align with specific brand standards and identity. •Concept Development: Ability to brainstorm, develop, and communicate design ideas effectively. •Iteration & Feedback Incorporation: Openness to feedback with the ability to iterate designs based on team and client input. •Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers. •Time Management: Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing time across multiple projects. •Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client interaction. •Basic Prototyping: Competence in creating and testing prototypes to validate design decisions. •Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high quality and consistency across all design deliverables. •HR/Benefits Domain Awareness: Familiarity with HR and benefits themes, or willingness to learn, to understand client-specific needs and objectives.
