•Design System Knowledge: Proficiency in working within and contributing to established design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects. •Digital Design: Experience in creating visually compelling and functional digital interfaces. •User-Centered Design: Ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions. •Brand Alignment: Skill in designing to align with specific brand standards and identity. •Concept Development: Ability to brainstorm, develop, and communicate design ideas effectively. •Iteration & Feedback Incorporation: Openness to feedback with the ability to iterate designs based on team and client input. •Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers. •Time Management: Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing time across multiple projects. •Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client interaction. •Basic Prototyping: Competence in creating and testing prototypes to validate design decisions. •Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high quality and consistency across all design deliverables. •HR/Benefits Domain Awareness: Familiarity with HR and benefits themes, or willingness to learn, to understand client-specific needs and objectives.
