Requirements

• You’ve worked for 5+ years in product design capacity. • Up-to-date knowledge of recent advancements in AI technologies relevant to mental health. • A proactive interest in applying emerging tech thoughtfully. • A nuanced approach to designing for a diverse user base. • Proven track record of designing products with user trust and safety at the forefront. • Familiarity with ethical considerations around AI application. • Portfolio work that demonstrates your experience transforming product objectives into solutions. • Strong working relationship with engineers and technical understanding. • Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science. • Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions.
