Description

• As a senior product designer on our Deployed Engineering team, you will own the design vision and execution for new product bets. • Understand the needs of our customers, and translate the complexity of the missions we support into beautiful, functional software • Lead design development for multiple new products that are in the 0 to 1 phase • Contribute to a cohesive design vision and language that can be shared across the entire product portfolio (from new to mature products) • Foster a culture of great UX across our product suite

Requirements

• Proven experience and success in software design, particularly in a B2B or B2G environment • A track record of partnering deeply with engineering, product, and BD • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and present your work via verbal, written, and visual means • Experience conducting and incorporating qualitative and quantitative user research • Ability to operate with high autonomy balancing speed, craft and mission impact
