Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for a specific product • Define and evolve the product’s visual and interaction design • Break down complex design challenges into actionable steps • Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis • Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed mockups • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience creating exceptional product experiences • Expertise in design and prototyping using Figma (hard requirement) • Strong experience collaborating with product managers and engineers • Proven knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, including research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
