Description

• Manage Independent Dispute Resolution process • Mentor and train colleagues on IDR processes • Ensure quality of work performed by team • Prepare arbitration briefing as needed • Support Regulatory Affairs function • Project manage visible and important projects • Present to internal audiences on IDR process and results • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, political science, public policy, public administration, public health, or other relevant field, or a combination of education and experience • 5+ years of legal or regulatory experience, in the health plan/managed care space • 2+ years of people management experience • 2+ year experience with Westlaw, legislative tracking software, and Google Workspace
