β€’ Assist internal and external customers to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair refuse collection equipment. β€’ Communicate service-related documentation to customers. β€’ Maintain professional relationships with customers and other departments. β€’ Lead training sessions for customers.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent. β€’ Five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing vehicles or heavy/industrial equipment. β€’ Ability to obtain a U.S. passport. β€’ Seven (7) years of relevant experience (standout qualification). β€’ Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair (standout qualification). β€’ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills (standout qualification). β€’ Strong verbal or written communication skills (standout qualification).
