📋 Description
• Analyze and respond to cyber threats • Operate and tune security tools for client networks • Perform maintenance & patching to support cybersecurity posture • Monitor client environments for security threats • Perform vulnerability scanning and penetration testing • Manage remediation of identified issues • Analyze cloud environments and devices suspected to be compromised • Provide high quality written and verbal customer service • Accurately track and document all work
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of related experience including either system administration or cybersecurity • Experience administering Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure and on-premise Microsoft platforms such as Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 • Familiarity with log, event or security management platforms such as Logstash and Splunk • Experience in working with help desk ticketing software such as Zendesk or Connectwise • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (required) • Comptia Security+ (required) • Comptia CySA+ or equivalent (strongly preferred)
