Description

• Assists Members with planning and implementation of quality improvement activities. • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for successful quality initiatives. • Facilitates education on quality frameworks and approaches to quality goal achievement. • Supports members’ progress toward goals through effective coaching and change management principles. • Maintains expert knowledge of healthcare technology and industry trends. • Collaborates within assigned Team and across Team matrices for effectiveness. • Resolves escalated tickets related to Member issues and communicates updates. • Facilitates Members’ achievement of quality reporting requirements. • Composes written and electronic reports for stakeholders. • Builds and maintains relationships to drive positive Member experiences. • Presents at conferences on behalf of OSIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field or 5+ years of relevant clinical job experience as an RN, LPN, or MA. • Extensive understanding of healthcare technology. • Experience with reporting systems and application of data to promote change. • NextGen or other CEHRT certification preferred. • Previous UDS experience preferred. • Previous FQHC or non-profit experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of CMS and State PI programs and requirements. • Functional knowledge of HEDIS measures and CPT Category II Codes. • Must be NextGen Certified (NCP) or an applicable CEHRT certified under vendor program or receive certification within 6 months of hire. • NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert certification or willingness to obtain certification within one year of employment.
