Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 7-10 years of experience in Global market access, reimbursement, health economics, or related roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry • Experience in developing and executing successful market access strategies • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer landscape in key markets • You are a business driven leader with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. • You have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. • You are also a communicative negotiator with an analytical mindset.
