Description
• The Manager 2, Reporting and Analytics will lead and manage various GRC quality improvement (QI) projects and manage two or more research staff. • Position responsibilities include supervising the research and administrative efforts of project team members; providing direct supervision to at least 2 or more research staff. • Providing subject matter expertise on quality improvement and/or health policy projects; and project development, including grant and proposal writing. • Statistical programming skills, in-depth knowledge of health system and state administrative data sets, and the ability to perform advanced statistical analyses.
Requirements
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience with an advanced degree or five years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree is required. • Proficiency in a statistical analysis software such as R, Stata or SAS is required. • Requires successful completion of a background check. • Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
