• A good game economy balances player rewards, retention and most importantly, fun! • Experience standing up game economies and want to dig deep into AA projects under the guidance of industry legends. • Modeling different player models, reward schemes and collaborating with game designers. • Running a live game from concept through development including launch and beyond is essential. • Opportunity to work closely on games that we have in the pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in monetization design, economy design, and / or product management. • Zero to one experience in standing up economies for a live audience - from core development and tools to monitoring and management. • Hands-on expert with spreadsheets, formulas, and metrics. • Strong Data Analytics experience, the ability to organize data using tools like SQL and Tableau to present clear situational analysis. • A passion for game development and a drive to improve player experiences. • Familiarity with the immersive sim, multiplayer, or stealth games is a bonus. • Familiarity with agile processes and terminology is a bonus. • Experience in a distributed team environment is a bonus. • Experience supporting external partners or contractors is a bonus.
