📋 Description
• Support the Billable Repair business as Service Quality Engineer • Identify and resolve issues that drive productivity and quality within billable repair • Develop and deliver training material (online and in-person) • Analyze performance metrics to drive improved efficiency • Focus on safe working practices and process enhancements • Work alongside other SQE teams on various projects and objectives
🎯 Requirements
• BA or BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent relevant experience • Strong champion of Otis Absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Quality • Elevator mechanic supervisory experience • Otis field supervisory experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of Otis IT systems, apps, and field business processes • Ability to provide training to individuals and groups of up to 30 people • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets, QlikSense, and SalesForce
