Description

• Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business • Partner with HRT Leads and cross functional teams for security related configuration • Recommend, streamline and simplify Workday security roles and groups • Back up Security and Governance Lead for audits • Create, configure, test and maintain Workday security groups • Update security groups and policies as needed • Assign role and user-based security groups to users • Execute WD Security role assignment audits • Document security processes and changes • Provide recommendations for security updates and enhancements • Lead discussions with teams and stakeholders • Provide guidance to Security Analyst and other team resources

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical environment • Strong ability to configure Workday HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace • Analytical and able to effectively apply logic to solve problems • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines • Ability to take accountability and resolve issues independently • Ability to follow documented processes for audit adherence • Experience with security and compliance audits required • Experience as a team lead or supervisor preferred
