β’ At Our Home, we believe that exceptional customer service is the backbone of our success! β’ We are excited to welcome a passionate Customer Service Representative for Order Management. β’ If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! β’ In this role, you'll be the friendly voice of our company, guiding our customers through the sales order management lifecycle. β’ Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' needs are met and exceeded! β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and sales representatives, providing information about estimated time of arrival (ETA), order tracking, and addressing any inquiries. β’ Process orders efficiently, including new orders, cancellations, or modifications, while ensuring excellent record-keeping. β’ Manage back orders by coordinating with the operations team to find suitable resolutions for out-of-stock items. β’ Investigate shipment issues, including short shipments and damages, and work towards swift resolutions. β’ Keep our customers informed about order status and ensure their experience is as seamless as possible. β’ Collaborate with various teams to maintain and elevate our customer service standards.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the CPG industry. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor. β’ Familiarity with ERP systems for order management; experience with Netsuite is a plus! β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data analysis. β’ A knack for thriving in reactive, fast-paced environments. β’ Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
