• Designers: Create intuitive and engaging user experiences using AEM Journey Optimizer • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs • Developers: Develop and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows • Customize and extend AEM functionality to meet specific client requirements • Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met • Solution Architects: Lead the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions focused on Journey Optimizer • Define technical requirements and create detailed technical specifications • Oversee the implementation and integration of AEM with other systems • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

Requirements

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager, particularly with Journey Optimizer • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journey management • For Designers: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma • Experience in creating responsive and user-friendly designs • For Developers: Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies • Experience with AEM development, including components, templates, and workflows • Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service is a plus • For Solution Architects: Extensive experience architecting and designing AEM solutions • Strong technical leadership and project management skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
