Requirements

• Collaborate directly with Product and Design to improve the user experience and bring new products to life • Develop software across the stack with an emphasis on maintainability • Draft and reviewing architectural plans across the organization • Provide support to engineering team members through code reviews and mentoring • Influence the technical direction of the organization • A resourceful mindset with a desire to continuously innovate • Able to flourish with autonomy • Fluency in modern database and persistence technologies • Experience and opinions on best practices of generative AI programming solutions (eg: Cursor) • Experience working with cloud services and systems • Fluency working in modern Javascript frameworks like React and familiarity with web performance and accessibility • Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining services and APIs using Go. Familiarity with additional programming languages is a plus • Prior experience with two-sided marketplaces at scale
