• Outliant is a fully-remote, US-based digital product development and startup consulting company. • As a Full Stack Engineer III with Webflow experience, you will develop and maintain robust frontend and backend systems. • You will tackle assignments that require innovative solutions and take ownership of planning and execution. • Your role will involve guiding and mentoring junior teammates, fostering collaboration within the team. • You will also make contributions in improving code quality, process efficiency, and project delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience working as a software engineer in a team environment • Experience working with Webflow projects • Demonstrated passion for consulting, improving, good conflict resolution and criteria • Strong communication skills • Positive recommendations from your previous managers and teammates • Proven proficiency with frontend technologies (like React, Flutter, Angular, React Native, Vue) and backend technologies (like Firebase, AWS, NodeJS, C#, Rust, Databases) • Strong understanding of software development at scale and product mindset • Strong communication skills • College education is a plus • Must be able to work in the EST timezone
