Description

• Lead the development team in aligning with the product vision. • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to analyze market needs. • Work closely with senior developers and business teams to manage product backlog. • Stay up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management. • Plan and prioritize product development and manage product feature backlog. • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes. • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals. • Lead product release plans and set expectations for new functionalities. • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in product development. • Experience in managing small, geographically dispersed development teams. • Understanding of open-pit mining execution models and the integration of technology within those models. • Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts and technologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs. • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology. • Familiarity with multi tiered WEB applications. • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
