Description

• The Supervisor, Electrical Engineering is a management position focusing on internal team development. • Create an inspiring collaborative team environment with open communication. • Set clear team and project goals, delegate tasks, and coach/mentor Associates. • Provide leadership and resource planning for electrical project execution.

Requirements

• 4 year engineering degree from an accredited college with 4-7 years of relevant experience, or 2 year degree from an accredited college with 8+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of and ability to work with and manage multiple suppliers • Ability to work effectively on a team and support high levels of performance • Strong management and advanced collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal communication) • Extensive experience working with MS Project and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience in standard design of relevant material handling equipment for position • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD with at least 3 years practical experience • Flexible and approachable • Ability to self-motivate • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel nationally and internationally approximately 25% of the time • Ability to perform essential functions of the job
