Description

• Manage relationships and budgets with external land agents • Work with solar development team to ensure site control • Communicate frequently with project team members • Ensure land contracts support project economics and schedule • Provide accurate land acquisition status to partners • Review land status on project acquisitions

Requirements

• Excellent problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a demanding team environment • Understanding of land and easements for energy development • Ability to work within strict deadlines • Understanding of basic real estate legal principles • Competence with basic mapping software (Google Earth) • Exceptional analytical and time management skills • Confidence in public speaking and negotiating with landowners
