• Responsible for project management of HR initiatives • Work with key stakeholders to scope HR project outlines • Manage resource requirements for successful project implementation • Monitor and communicate project status to HR leadership • Manage RAID items for timely risk management • Build and nurture relationships within the core project team • Lead individual project tasks for operational readiness

Requirements

• Experience with leading global HR transformation projects • Experience working in and/or leading Waterfall/Agile projects • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills • Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities • Strong sense of urgency and results orientation • Growth mindset, open to new ways of working • Strong analytical skills related to People KPIs and reporting • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
