• Play a crucial role in supporting Retail Transformation & Innovation efforts • Drive lasting strategic change in alignment with business pillars • Ensure Go-To-Market strategy is adopted • Lead resources, timeline, and budget for Retail Transformation priorities • Report at ELT SteerCo’s with prepared materials • Develop progress reviews, dashboards, and key metrics • Liaise with Retail Transformation & Innovation team for stakeholder engagement • Lead forecasting, planning, & execution of Retail Transformation Initiative • Ensure customer-centric focus in all activities • Lead cross-functional & global retail Learning Share community

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing major projects and cross-functional stakeholders • 3+ years customer-facing experience • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations • Ability to influence across levels • Inquisitive and comfortable sharing thoughts. • Understanding of change management methodologies • Experience of working on Transformational Change programs is desirable • Experience leading communication efforts in program introduction is desirable • SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite skills are desirable • Six Sigma experience or certifications are desirable
