Description

• Relocity is seeking a Technical Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of new features and enhancements within our SaaS solutions. • Responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating with senior engineering teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. • Reports to the Chief Technical Officer. • Leverage proven experience in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Apply a solid understanding of SaaS solutions and technical concepts related to product offerings to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams. • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Maintain visibility and transparency through clear communication channels and proactively involve relevant parties in discussions. • Collaborate on sprint planning to define goals, prioritize tasks, and estimate effort. • Monitor project progress using various metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects current project needs and stakeholder priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on delivering SaaS product solutions. • Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. • Solid understanding of technical concepts related to product offerings, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. • A proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to driving projects to completion and delivering high-quality results. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to maintain visibility and transparency through clear communication channels. • Experience in collaborating on sprint planning, managing task boards, and driving execution. • Expertise with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Drive for effective tracking, documentation, and communication. • Thrive in a dynamic environment by maintaining clear communication and demonstrating patience. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration is preferred.
