Description

• Provide comprehensive Human Resources consulting services to clients • Participate in the initial HR assessment of new client companies • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and clients • Handle tactical HR tasks including onboarding and offboarding • Design and advise on HR processes such as performance management and employee relations • Leverage experience with various HRIS platforms to support implementation and usage • Develop new market-relevant tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, HRIS, Management, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources • Understanding of the HR function and best practices related to processes, technology utilization, and policy creation • Experience with multiple HRIS platforms • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to travel up to 10% • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Eagerness to learn and stay current with HR trends • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel • SHRM-CP or aPHR/PHR certification preferred
