Description
• Responsible for design, build, test, and deployment of Workday reports • Work with Talent Analytics management team on report design impact • Analyze and translate functional specifications into technical specifications • Create reports from HCM and other database systems as required • Prepare HR metrics to be presented to senior leadership • Optimize performance of reports and calculated fields • Develop and modify reports for internal human resources and people leaders • Research new Workday reporting features to meet user needs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of experience • Workday Report Writing certifications (preferred) • Experience with Workday HCM • Background in Human Resources or similar Professional services firms • 2+ years of Workday Report Writer and/or Workday Prism Analytics experience (preferred)
