• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our platform engineering team at solve.care company. • As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our software systems, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and scalability. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Your expertise in systems analysis and problem-solving will be essential in optimizing our platform for performance and user experience. • Perform detailed analysis of our software systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed system changes or enhancements. • Develop system models, diagrams, and flowcharts to illustrate current and proposed software architecture. • Identify and analyze system issues, bugs, and bottlenecks, providing recommendations for resolution. • Work closely with software engineers to design and implement efficient solutions that align with business objectives. • Conduct performance monitoring and analysis, identifying and addressing system performance issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of various software components. • Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate software functionality and performance. • Document system analysis findings, requirements, and solutions for reference and future improvements. • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and system analysis and platform engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • A master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role within the software industry. • Must have worked with Blockchain companies. • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system analysis methodologies. • Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and specifications. • Experience with modeling tools like UML (Unified Modeling Language) or similar. • Solid understanding of Java, React, software architecture, Dapps, and APIs. • Knowledge of blockchain would be added advantage. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
