Description
• Provide support to the claims team for the effective adjustment of Ambridge Claims. • Communicate with claims team, underwriters and third parties on claims issues when appropriate. • Assist in the adjustment of claims, consistent with company strategy and regulatory and legal compliance. • Prepare reporting and serve as a subject matter expert for the claims system and payments processing. • Ensure claims data from TPA's meets Ambridge and Lloyd's standards for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
