• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital product revenue. • Identify market opportunities and define new product initiatives. • Analyze performance metrics to optimize product offerings and pricing. • Enhance existing digital products based on user feedback and industry trends. • Work with engineering and design teams to develop new features and solutions. • Oversee product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution and quality improvements. • Conduct research to understand customer pain points and industry needs. • Gather and analyze data and review competitors to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans. • Provide training and materials to support sales efforts. • Monitor adoption and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed. • Work closely with internal teams to align product initiatives. • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve UI/UX on Outreach.com and other digital platforms. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings. • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
